Human Resources develops and implements our “team members, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. The Wells Fargo University Recruiting Team supports the hiring needs of Wells Fargo’s university programs. These programs hire over 1500 students into intern and full-time professional development programs each year which are sourced from over 50 undergraduate and MBA colleges and universities across the country. This role will lead the design and implementation of the university recruiting strategy for assigned programs across the Enterprise University Program footprint.
Wells Fargo is prioritizing key strategy objectives to enhance Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in many of the ways we do business, including the attraction of diverse talent. These strategy objectives are based on Wells Fargo Sr. Diverse Leaders’ recommendations from across the Enterprise. This position will play an essential role in supporting and executing talent strategies as it relates to National Partnerships and Programs diversity objectives tied to University recruiting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Formulate recruiting strategies to drive diverse applicant slates for consideration
• Effectively build external relationships and interact with students or campus officials
• Collaborate with multiple teams, identify roadblocks, envision solutions and work towards resolution
• Serves as the principal liaison between students, university organizations, faculty, and LOB team members in all aspects impacting the selection of qualified undergrad candidates
• Consults with hiring managers on key program requirements and responsibilities, hiring timeline, sourcing strategy, and affirmative action goals
• Partners with line of business stakeholders to define overall campus recruiting strategy, coordinate line of business engagement/partnership and create individual school strategies to achieve target hires and diversity goals
• Work with National Partnerships, Programs and Targeted Sourcing, Employer Brand, and Meetings and Events teams on diversity recruiting and pipeline initiatives
• Participates in national diversity events, information sessions, and campus events to identify and pipeline diverse talent
• Supports diversity sourcing activities by engaging potential applicants coming from national diversity conferences and other referral sources. This includes recruiting and screening qualified candidates
• Leverages and partners with Business Support Associate to organize all major recruiting events such as presentations, receptions, club events and interviews, ensuring flawless event planning and execution to brand Wells Fargo and attract top talent
• Tracks and monitors recruiting metrics to measure ROI and progress towards diverse talent objectives
Location: The preferred location(s) for this job opening are as listed in the job posting (Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Des Moines, IA; Dallas, TX). However, other locations may be considered for this opportunity.

Salary range is determined by the location of the job.
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, human resources experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience; or 2+ years of direct experience with university recruiting programs demonstrated through work or military experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Experience supporting talent sourcing programs or initiatives such as early career talent development, campus recruitment, or corporate alumni networks
- Experience with diversity candidate sourcing
- Campus recruiting experience within the investment banking, sales & trading, or financial services industry</li>
- Experience staying current with campus recruiting industry trends, developments and technologies
- Willingness to work overtime when needed during peak recruiting seasons
