As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Stratasys you will support recruiters globally on hard-to-fill roles by helping to build sourcing strategies, direct search campaigns, and building pipelines of candidates for niche roles.

You will also help identify and implement advanced sourcing techniques/methods to improve our view of the talent landscape and ability to identify top talent quickly.

You will be an ideas person, curious, creative, and have a strong sense of follow-through. Above all else, you will be a team player.

To be successful in this role you must be familiar with the entire recruiting lifecycle and able to provide support at any stage to help accelerate our cycle time


  • Working with the recruiter and Hiring Manager help turn job descriptions into people profiles in order to create effective search strategies

  • Build talent pools within the ATS and other sourcing platforms to create outreach campaigns

  • Identify potential Talent through a variety of search techniques including LinkedIn, Boolean, social media, groups, etc., screen, shortlist

  • Submit qualified, available and interested candidates for assigned roles and have a high conversion rate on submitted applicants

  • Help build sourcing capability across the global TA team by reviewing tools, methods, and training resources.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a pure sourcing role

  • Experience of advanced search techniques

  • Highly proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience manipulating and analyzing data
