We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate HR team, with focus on national technician recruitment.

The successful candidate will perform and implement existing and new methods for attracting and interviewing Technicians throughout the United States and across subsidiaries while achieving defined KPI's.

This position works in direct supervision of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and is a member of the corporate HR Team.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar; required.

Experience:

·       2 years entry-level technical or technician recruitment from sourcing to hire

·       2 years of professional computer skills (Typing 45 WPM, Intermediate ability in MS Word, Excel outlook)

·       2 years ATS experience, ADP HRIS preferred

·       2 years educational recruitment approach: virtual and in-person career fairs, lunch and learns and the similar

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement and execute recruitment strategies focused on Technician recruitment.

Maintains job posting systems in coordination with Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist including:

·       Initial posting of job opening, post review of management

·       Review of candidates

·       Distribution of candidates, as assigned

·       Coordination of interview schedules between interviewer and interviewee

Posting system includes of internal and external databases, Talent Acquisition Candidate Tracking Sheet, Recruiting Tracker, and others as assigned.

Ensure timely interviewing practices are being achieved; attend and take part in interviews as necessary and called for.

Follows Talent Acquisition processes, set forth by the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, suggests improvements to processes for organizational and departmental success.

Aid in general organization, execution, and communication of the pre-employment procedures.

Represent organization at assigned career fairs, in person and electronic, as assigned.

Keep apprised and updated on local, state, and national rules, rules and regulations surrounding talent acquisition, recruitment, and in general labor laws.

Track and monitor state licensing requirements for Technician recruitment postings and interviewing practices.

Assist in document storage enhancements to include paper and electronic filing systems, as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned related to the purpose of the position.
