Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interview scheduling of internal and external candidates

• Research and problem-solve issues or challenges that may include communication with Talent acquisition associates, candidates and various levels of stakeholders via email and phone

• Other administrative tasks as needed: Tasks may include receiving and distributing correspondence, basic information entry into various technology systems and/or utilizing various systems to research and identify requests received from stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and familiarity with PC applications including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Proficient typing and data entry skills

• Technical aptitude to work with multiple systems simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a variety of different tasks daily.

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal/external customers.

Physical job requirements:

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

• Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day

• Ability to utilize telephone for approximately 1-3 hours per day

• Ability to perform simple grasping including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout entire workday
