Job Description
Bremer Bank, where employees have opportunity to purchase Bremer’s Stock Ownership Plan, has a unique opportunity for the experienced and inclusive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join and support the buildout of a new full life-cycle recruiting team within the Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. We are in an innovative and dynamic environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to pivot priorities as business needs change.
In this role of Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will build inclusive collaborative relationships with both internal and external talent and leaders to provide full life-cycle recruitment which includes (but is not limited to) creative diverse sourcing, assessing, selecting, and consulting. At times this may include scheduling and/or coordinating interviews, interviewers, and interview debrief. As a successful Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will have a chance to put to use your experience of working on a variety of roles in building a pipeline of diverse mid-level and above talent while actively sourcing entry level talent.
Skills and experience needed
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 2 year's recruitment experience with proven ability to source, assess, select, and consult on diverse talent.
- Proven experience of building a pipeline of diverse talent while using social media and other sourcing channels including cold calling.
- Flexible, adaptable, and the ability to pivot priorities as business needs change.
- Performs work under general supervision and able to handle moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to assess competencies, present, and coach talent.
- Experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft applications, HRIS and ATS.
