Sanco Enterprises is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in our New Brighton, MN office. The Recruiter will be responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for our organization.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and social skills, as well as experience with negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. S/he should be familiar with recruitment marketing strategies and development to effectively attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process from beginning to end
- Create and execute unique and effective recruiting strategies to attract top-performing employees
- Collaborate with hiring managers and company leadership to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate interview process and serve as contact person for candidates
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events as needed
Qualifications
- Five plus years of direct recruiting experience
- Experience managing all stages of recruitment process
- Knowledge of proactive sourcing tactics
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Preferred
