This role will support key searches within Shutterfly working closely with the TA leader and the Executive Recruiter. The Diversity Sourcer & Researcher reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition with matrix reporting relationship to the Executive Recruiter.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source passive candidates and provide a diverse slate of candidates for primarily Executive searches and also all levels of people management
  • Ensure that all Director level and above searches include diverse slate of candidates and a minimum of 1 diverse candidate interviewed by providing reporting to support our efforts
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines while managing high volume of data
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to influence stakeholders and decision making
  • Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and decision making
  • Proactively seek the team’s input and enjoy bouncing ideas off each other
  • Drive continuous improvement in all our processes, we strive to set the bar in diversity sourcing
  • Articulate clear and concise messages with an emphasis on executive style
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, internal recruiters, and stakeholders to develop diverse sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Provide research and mapping on diverse organizations, schools, employee resource groups across industry verticals
  • Help translate best practices in diverse recruiting into readily consumable resources and programs aligned to business needs

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role with an emphasis on building passive candidate pipelines
  • A passion for building diverse teams
  • You have a knack for coming up with creative ways to find top talent
  • You are proficient in direct sourcing using the most well-known tools like LinkedIn, but also enjoy thinking originally to leverage user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
  • You're very analytical and love to measure the success of your efforts
  • Expert-level internet search, and networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop things that scale, increase efficiency, and maximize impact
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
