Responsible for supporting campus recruiting initiatives for early talent. Executes on logistical tasks that support large scale, enterprise-wide, programs and recruiting initiatives. Will interact with multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. Must be an excellent communicator and passionate about early talent. Must be familiar data and able to deliver reports in a timely manner.
High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities
Experience handling large scale projects
Prefer experience with campus/early talent
Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
Strong attention to details, organized, and results driven
Experience creating PowerPoints and presenting out to groups
Prior experience with large spreadsheets using MS Excel and creating pivot tables
Familiar with the recruiting process and systems
Experience with budget, invoicing, and reconciliation process
