Mortenson is seeking a temporary full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team members to effectively and efficiently move applicants through the recruiting process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.


What you will be doing:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews (phone, virtual)
  • Preparing interview guides
  • Sourcing candidates for positions and participate in recruiting as needed
  • Serves as a subject matter expert of our applicant tracking system, iCims, to include; answering any questions from internal customers as well as candidates regarding the system
  • Dispositioning candidates according to OFCCP guidelines
  • Administration of the referrals email box by forwarding referrals to the appropriate recruiter for follow up
  • Partner with other HR team members to coordinate an exceptional new hire experience for new team members, including coordination of drug-screen and other requirements.


Education requirement:

  1. High school diploma or GED required
