The Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for conducting full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants. This position will assist in the implementation, development and administration of Tactile Medical’s talent acquisition strategy and must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all functions in the company, a solid understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clients and competing priorities while executing on strategies designed to attract qualified talent and fill open positions while positioning the organization as an “employer of choice”
  • Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporates diversity to candidate slates and execute accordingly in order meet the needs of the business. Ensure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for positions that require recruitment
  • Utilize candidate research and sourcing techniques, including leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house ATS, to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent.
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition members to assess and align qualified talent with appropriate positions and guide them through Tactile Medical’s hiring process
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with key potential candidates and large-scale talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term hiring needs and strategic long-term networks to be leveraged up to one to three years downstream
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with respective hiring manager to create a partnership that yields successful, predictable results and credibility
  • Coach hiring leaders and coordinate selection process to ensure optimal selection of top talent for open roles
  • Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified talent
  • Facilitate end to end selection process to include overseeing candidate interview processes, hiring leader consultation, offer consultation/negotiation and pre-boarding for assigned business units
  • Focus on continuous improvement and making recommendations designed to improve the talent acquisition processes, policies and strategy
  • Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards
  • Develop, influence, execute and track sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates using all available tools (Social networking, competitive intelligence, attending industry conferences, referrals and external relationship building)
  • Utilize defined metrics to frequently review and suggest opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements to process, programs, recruitment sources, etc
  • Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or complimentary field, or minimum of 8-10 years in Recruiting in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment (candidate must have experience completing all recruiting stages including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing candidates as well as partnering with Human Resources and Hiring Managers)

  • Expert in recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively, and thrive under pressure
  • Must possess strong active and passive candidate search skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high-volume demanding environment
  • Understand the external marketplace and the impact it has on sourcing strategies (i.e. competition, unemployment rate, movement of companies in/out of area)
  • Demonstrated strength in data analysis and insight development
  • A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information
  • Ability to influence others using tact and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership and applicants
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools/social media as well as proactive recruiting and sourcing
  • Strong experience using and leveraging various Applicant Tracking systems with technical savvy to maximize utilization of tools
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Office365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint)
  • Mature understanding and use of HR and Talent Acquisition best practices
  • A team player and a trusted partner to the business
  • Strong knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines and their application to the recruitment process
