Merchology is in pursuit of a recruiter who is ready to help our company grow!  The ideal candidate will have experience doing full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth organization filling multiple types of roles. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages open requisitions understanding where each candidate is in the recruiting life cycle for each role
  • Sources candidates for a variety of positions, reaches out and connects with individuals who fit the needs of the roles
  • Provides a strong candidate experience by communicating with candidates through all phases of the recruitment cycle
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring manager
  • Provides at least weekly reports to the management team on progress of the roles, could be more often depending on volume and needs
  • Manages the relationships with outside recruiting firms, negotiates rates and understands which roles should be supported by them
  • Manages job descriptions, coordination with hiring managers
  • Posts all open roles using internal ATS system when applicable. Understand which posting boards are effective for specific roles
  • Develop relationships with local schools for entry-level candidates
  • Collaborate with marketing department to establish recruiting materials to attract candidates
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years as recruiter, filling a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Human Resources, or another related field
  • Must be able to show success in recruiting for sales roles
  • Must be comfortable reporting progress to management team
  • Must be familiar with ATS systems and have strong computer skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Experience recruiting for in a high growth environment

PREFERRED

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
