Walker Methodist Plaza is a senior living community offering rental housing and services in downtown Anoka. Plaza features a broad continuum of care for older adults including: independent, light assisted, assisted, enhanced assisted, memory care, and respite care.

Walker Methodist Plaza is looking for a highly motivated Recruitment & Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our team! As the Recruitment & Employee Engagement Coordinator at Walker Methodist, you will assist with finding, sourcing and attracting talent with the goal to fulfill the organization’s hiring needs as well as spearhead our employee engagement program.

Schedule:

Full-time - Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently find and pre-qualify candidates.
  • Source qualified candidates for open jobs.
  • Collaborate with management to organize and maintain candidate pool.
  • Assist with interviews and phone screens as needed.
  • Greet candidates and assist with paperwork/set-up.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Program

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a recruiting role.
  • Experience with Ultimate Software ATS preferred.
