We are a nationwide innovative company dedicated to preserving the environment through energy efficiency services and proper appliance disposal. We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join to our team and support the company’s continued growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers across multiple functions to understand their hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, identify a qualified candidate pipelines, and drive the hiring process from job conception to offer.

The Corporate Recruiter responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, seeking out  and developing a new pipeline of candidate sources.   The ideal candidate is energetic and collaborative and has a demonstrated track record of creatively sourcing potential candidates and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • 60% of job is to Identify and recruit sales professionals for regional offices.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for corporate positions spanning various functions and management levels, ensuring a superior candidate experience throughout.
  • Develop a talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing methods.
  • Review job descriptions and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish an understanding of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of successful candidates.
  • Collaborate and communicate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, provide informed recommendations on interview process and candidate selection.
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referral and leverage professional networking, internet resources, social media, direct sourcing techniques, and professional sites to source diverse candidates.
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
  • Manage candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
  • Use good judgment in interactions with all candidates and foster an equal employment opportunity environment.

Required Skills

  • 2 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must have a go-getter mentality, with a professional, positive, energetic attitude and a desire to go above and beyond recruiting goals
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Cold Calling Prospects - Most Important
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and remain organized with several competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Corporate recruiting experience at an organization experiencing significant, rapid growth.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Demonstrable sourcing capabilities
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
  • Sales recruiting is a plus.
