JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Leader is a highly strategic role focusing on designing, developing and deploying strategies and enhancing talent acquisition performance at a global level across sourcing and pipelining and assessment and selection and will influence operations effectiveness, technology adoption, data analytics, social media and employer branding and stakeholder and candidate experiences. In this role, as part of its wider people strategy agenda, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the talent acquisition organization is evolving towards world class and identify and drive adoption of best practices in global talent acquisition to establish the company as an employer of choice.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and programs and collaborate with teams to execute the hiring activities across functions, businesses and geographies.
Lead the sourcing strategy and vision with success and effectiveness, defining strategy, developing tools and building global focus towards proactive sourcing, including connectivity to diversity, equity and inclusion and leading strategic sourcing capability development.
Identify and operationalize service offerings and talent acquisition processes for key talent segments and develop proactive sourcing for prioritized talent segments based on a data driven review of talent market trends and strategies, corporate priorities and patterns for talent demands.
Lead improvement of talent acquisition processes and technology, advancements impacting global talent acquisition service delivery and wider human resources strategy and develop global talent acquisition policies, processes and legal requirements to align with local labor laws and company standards.
Ensure talent acquisition alignment to specific strategy and global blueprint, influencing the operating model for advancement, utilizing internal analytics and metrics to improve upon talent acquisition practices, processes and strategies.
Manage hiring efforts for executive positions, strategies for global onboarding and employer branding.
Develop, report and influence robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness and overall capability and identify trends, successes and areas of improvement for performance enhancements.
Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Experience with global TA strategy, candidate pipeline development, research, and a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.
Experience with recruiting technology and tools, such as Taleo, SF, LinkedIn and other TA digital disruptive tools.
Experience with senior executive recruitment.
In-house recruitment experience.
Strategy design and deployment
Post-graduate degree and additional HR / talent management certifications
Demonstrated global leadership through 15 years relevant experience of which 3 years leading a global team.
