Episerver is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and bright Talent Acquisition Intern to join our global team! The successful candidate will be passionate about HR and Recruiting and possess strong communication skills.


  • Schedule phone and video interviews using MS Outlook, and Zoom for Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  • Ensure candidates get appropriate interview links, and invitations through Jobvite
  • Follow up with candidates through the interview process (send update emails, and schedule second round interviews)
  • Manage multiple calendars at once while displaying time management skills
  • Help educate candidates about Episerver and assist with any questions they have during the phone screen
  • Ability to provide administrative support to Recruiters during the interviewing process


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Professional demeanour
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Calendar Management
  • MS Outlook, and Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
