Responsibilities of Manager, Talent Management:
- Talent Planning & Performance Management
- Partner closely with team leaders throughout the organization on team member performance during the onboarding process and providing tracking, analysis and recommendations to support the successful acclimation of new hires
- Manage Talent Planning processes and discussions to track development needs, opportunities and promotional readiness
- Think strategically to connect the insights uncovered within Talent Planning to other actionable avenues to support such as Training & Development and establishing an internal pipeline for open positions
- Manage the quarterly performance review process, analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to the appropriate audience
- Be an active voice in our culture of feedback – coaching individuals for frequent, relevant, and clear feedback at all times.
- Support all team members through timely follow-ups with respective templates, tools, discussions

- Human Resources General Support
- Manage updates and communication regarding Ovative Employee Policies
- Support all team members through timely follow-ups with respective templates, tools, discussions – lean in to coach and lead when necessary
- Manage employee data completeness and accuracy and provide analyses as requested
- Provide guidance and support on Visa sponsorship for team member and organization
- Manage the Onboarding & Offboarding key tasks and processes for team members
- Manage updates and communication regarding Ovative Employee Policies
- Team Survey Management
- Manage external vendors and internal team members to execute individual and team surveys
- Analyze and synthesize the findings in partnership with leadership to create actionable plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong conceptual and pragmatic problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of project management, detail orientation, and analytical acumen
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office and PowerPoint
- Can lead self, operating independently and manage multiple assignments and stakeholders simultaneously
