Starkey is hiring a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator for a 90 - 120 day project. The primary responsibility of the Recruiting Coordinator will be to support recruiters and candidates through managing each step of the candidate experience. This role will handhold the candidate through scheduling the interview, booking assessments, creating agendas, communicating details and coordinating all aspects of the interview process. This includes, but is not limited to: coordinating background checks, offer letters and other recruiting documentation verification as needed. The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator will also verify that all follow-up has been completed with the candidate when the applicant journey has come to an end. May provide support to the Total Rewards benefits programs as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coordinate All Details of Candidate Interview Experience

  • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interview Team to schedule interviews on the phone and in person
    • Book conference rooms
    • Coordinate all travel and hotel arrangements for out of state interviews
    • Coordinate with departmental admins as needed
  • Administer pre-employment assessments
  • Create interview agenda
  • Send confirmation e-mail with interview details
  • Send and create interview guides, pre-employment assessments and agenda to all interviewers
  • Scan interview notes and process all documentation related to interview experience
  • Update job descriptions in ATS
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Administer onboarding process in ATS and ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed

  • Coordinate Starkey COVID pay program

Oversee Candidate Journey

  • Interact with candidates
  • Look for opportunities to make a positive impact on candidates; figuratively rolling out the red carpet

RESULTS - PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Feedback from Recruiters and HR Business Partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Performance of Essential Duties)

Minimum education, certification and experience requirements:

  • Education: Human Resources/Business bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Experience: 2+ years recruitment coordinator experience preferred

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of recruiting process and a strong human resources base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in calendaring

Skills & Abilities

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to communicate details and requests with professionalism and accuracy
