Talent Manager Keys to Success

We are looking for candidates with demonstrated professionalism, analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to build effective relationships, strong organizational skills, and outstanding oral and written communication proficiency. Qualified candidates will also have strong HR functional expertise and be knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and employment laws.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required. HR certification a plus, but not required. Must have 5+ years of HR or related experience, including experience in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in a legal services or professional environment preferred.
