Purpose Statement:

The role of the Recruiting Manager is to identify, retain, improve and promote talent so that Bridges MN is able to provide the best possible level of service to the people that we serve as a company. It will execute a strategy for talent management and recruitment strategy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

  • Drive consistency across regions in recruiting practices.

  • Track success and monitor key metrics for talent management. Make recommendations when necessary.

  • Complete all necessary filing for the company, EEO1.

  • Execute a strategy for talent management and succession planning.

  • Maintain relationships with recruiting vendors.

  • Lead bi-weekly recruiting meetings.

  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.

  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

  • Responsible for new hire orientation and training for employees.

  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

  • Staying compliant on annual training and new hire training for all staff.

  • Entering new hires and status changes into the HRIS system.

  • Rolling out new policies, procedures, and benefits information.

  • Assisting staff and Residential Supervisors with our scheduling system (WIW).

  • Monitoring over-time.

Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities).

  • Recruitment: 5 years minimum requirement

Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred or helpful)  

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • PHR certification
