We’re C.H. Robinson, one of the world’s largest logistics platforms and we're looking for our first Media & Employer Brand Consultant! You'll join a team responsible for creating, curating and sharing stories both internally and externally. This role requires someone with the ability to manage and organize multiple projects, with varying deadlines. Each day will bring new challenges, networking opportunities and the chance to showcase your storytelling abilities in new and unique ways. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and internal communications to evaluate communication needs and establish project timelines.

  • Produce, write and edit videos featuring employees or business leaders.

  • Pitch story ideas, concepts for videos or other messages.

  • Curate and publish employee-generated content.

  • Organize, communicate and activate Culture Champions for various projects.

  • Help manage, and measure the following platforms:  External Career Site, Facebook, Instagram, Job Boards (Glassdoor, Indeed, Muse, Handshake, LinkedIn Careers, and YouTube Careers).

  • Works closely with Internal Communications to plan and align content for multiple channels (video, social, yammer intranet, email).

  • Help organize and manage the digital asset library (media release forms, story archives).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 2 years’ in a communication, media, marketing, or writing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

  • Video production experience either acting as writer/producer or end-to-end creation (writing, producing, filming, and editing).

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the team, establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with storytelling experience and an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Planning and project management skills with ability to effectively manage projects simultaneously
