We are hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist Associate for our team in downtown Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have interview scheduling experience and a strong skillset in Taleo reporting and analysis.
SUMMARY
Supports the Talent Acquisition team with their daily tasks, as they recruit high quality candidates to join our organization. This position is essential to the quality of the candidate's experience throughout their hiring and onboarding process.
Recruitment specialist is a multi-functional position, in addition to supporting the Talent Acquisition team you will take on recruiting, onboarding, reporting, improving and developing current processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Associate role:
Provides support to the recruitment team:
Scheduling panel interviews
Contacts all candidates to arranges phone screens and interviews
Conducts all school verifications, as needed
In partnership with our Recruiters we post open positions through various avenues, participate in job fairs, and update social media sites
Serve as the point person for all candidates during their on-boarding
Maintain HR records
Responsible for all ATS (Taleo):
Create and maintain reports and metrics in OBI within Taleo
Creating requisitions
Problem solve-issues within Taleo to develop a better process work flow
Maintain and edit documents
On-Boarding:
Send new hire communication to all candidates
One-on-one troubleshooting and support to candidates
Monitors and follows up with candidates to ensure that all new hire tasks are completed prior to their start date
This includes onboarding tasks, offer letters, second pass, DHS, Health and Wellness visit
Provides candidates with New Employee Orientation information
Monitor and solve HRSC cases as submitted
Manages the Employee Referral Program
Cover for New Employee Orientation and New Provider Orientation when trainer is out
Other duties as may be assigned.
Specialist Role:
Assist with full cycle recruitment
Post positions
Complete intake process with hiring manager
Review Resumes and phone screen candidates
Schedule interviews
Make offers with the guidance from recruiters
Coordinate and manage Flu clinic hiring event
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate or degree in Human Resources from an approved college or university, OR two years of college, including at least 12 credits in a related field, OR two years of office experience in a Human Resources Environment.
OR
- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruitment support experience preferred.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of employment practices.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team (collaborator).
- Demonstrated ability to: manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities, execute with high attention to detail and consistently follow through on commitments.
