Fraser is seeking an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition needs. The successful candidate will drive the recruitment process forward, engage candidates representing the Fraser brand, and anticipate department staffing needs. Candidate will participate in full cycle recruiting, including: sourcing, advertising, phone interviewing, consulting with division hiring managers, and negotiating offers within established compensation ranges. This role has a direct impact on Fraser’s ability to live the mission; to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children and adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with Division Hiring Managers to effectively assist with recruitment and retention
  • Identify effective recruitment sources with emphasis on securing an adequate applicant pipeline
  • Utilize solid judgment skills to prepare specific interview questions, interview candidates, and provide quality recommendations for hire
  • Extend job offers and effectively negotiate offers as needed within defined salary ranges
  • Initiate and participate in outreach efforts to promote Fraser while sourcing applicants with emphasis on diversity recruitment, referrals, and/or college and university recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 2-4 years of previous talent acquisition / HR experience preferred
  • Previous experience utilizing a HRIS / Applicant Tracking System highly preferred, but not required
  • Previous candidate sourcing experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous training experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.
  • Valid MN Driver’s License with acceptable driving record 
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to meet "eligible" rating in DHS background check
