CLA is seeking to hire an Office – Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our Internal Operations team. Our team is growing and we’re searching for a motivated and charismatic Professional to help with administrative support and talent coordination across recruitment and onboarding.
They will be comfortable managing a high volume of scheduling plus providing onboarding support, assisting with recruitment tasks and special projects.

Work Activities & Accountabilities
•Campus Liaison: Reaches out to the schools, professors, and career centers on an ongoing basis to create establish and maintain relationships. Assists with planning, development and coordination of activities with the accounting clubs, classroom visits, and other on-campus and in-office events. Registers for campus events and interviews. Coordinates CLA employees to attend campus events and prepare necessary supplies. Attends recruiting events/campus interviews as needed.
•Summer Experience: Assists in the planning, implementation and execution of summer experience programs. Determines logistics for summer experience on campus and at CLA which involves screening students for program eligibility, planning events and reserving outside locations, setting up catering, etc. Coordinates CLA participants, leads debrief discussions after events, and assists in determining who to extend offers to and at times may extend the offers.
•Office Coordination: Maintains campus metrics spreadsheets for local office. Works with regional campus coordinators, especially with shared campuses. Keeps track of campus trends and shares with rest of the region. Participates in regional campus recruiting calls/meetings. Works with HR Field team to pass campus candidates to other offices for consideration if requested. Coordinates interview process, both on campus and in-office. Assembles interview packets which includes candidate resumes and transcripts, and interview guides. Keeps a list of future hires, proposed industries, and start dates. Assists with onboarding and orientation of campus hires.
•MyPeopleSolutions/HR Coordination: Posts openings to campus websites and CLA’s website. Works with office and HR to create offers. Reviews requisitions for direct applicants and conducts initial phone screens. Disposition and close of job requisitions when filled. Communicates and assists with HR on-boarding of new interns/associates.

Experience, Education & Certification Requirements
•Experience: One to three years of administrative experience
•1+ years of campus recruiting experience highly desired
•Education: Bachelor’s degree required
•Certification/ Licenses: None required
Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary. Regular use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe.
