The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success by developing regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified, high-level candidates using techniques and resources including market research, job boards, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Ability to work in a team environment, be comfortable with video interface and have energy & enthusiasm
  • Consult with hiring managers to influence hiring needs and set a strategic direction
  • Conducts regular follow-up with managers to ensure timeliness and maximizes effectiveness of recruiting plans, processes, and implementation
  • Partner with the junior recruiter on college recruiting initiatives which includes college fairs and recruiting events
  • Responsible for ensuring candidate experience is exceptional throughout the hiring process with timely and meaningful communication
  • Manages and consults on the use of outside recruiters and headhunters as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within an HR operations team, service provider and/or shared services environment
  • Proven success recruiting in all levels of the organization from entry level to high-level corporate staff necessary
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, organization skills, detail-oriented, yet able to analyze and recommend alternatives
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and address competing demands; Multi-tasking capacity
  • High degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of HR data
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Has vision with a pulse on the future workforce
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in sales telemarketing or other related fields.
  • B2B Inside Sales Knowledge is a plus.
