THE ROLE:

This is a fun and unique role for the Talent Team. You will run the campus (Intern) program for Code42, along with setting up new programs to attract students that may not attend traditional colleges or universities. You will also be responsible for full life cycle recruitment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Managing our campus initiatives and off-season rotational programs. 
  • Consulting and advising hiring managers on overall hiring process, collaborating on job requisition details and creation, and advising on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques
  • Sourcing and pre-screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling candidates, coordinating hiring team feedback, and performing in-person interviews when appropriate
  • Ensuring positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
  • Coordinating and attending recruiting events such as career fairs
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement efforts
