At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting industry leading talent. We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist in a contract / temporary capacity to work with hiring managers, build and execute on talent strategies, and partner with our businesses to hire top performing talent. This individual will be located in Eagan, MN and will support our Customer Service organization with high-volume recruitment needs as we ramp up staffing for our upcoming busy season. It is anticipated that this will be a 9-12 month assignment, subject to change based on needs of the business.

What You Will Do:

  • Screen talent pools and confirm minimum qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, to include extensive use of our internet related recruiting systems
  • Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing process
  • Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates
  • Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Attract top entry-level talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy
  • Consult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices
  • Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts
  • Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of experience in human resources, talent acquisition and/or recruiting
  • Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week) in the office
  • Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
  • Previous experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Previous high-volume recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to make recommendations and decisions based on solid assumptions
  • Must be process oriented and adaptable with proven drive and follow through in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a meticulous attention to details
