Minnesota Eye Consultants
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the candidate experience within the Minnesota Region, which includes the practices of Minnesota Eye Consultants and Northwest Eye Clinic, ensuring a compliant and effective selection process. The position will manage the applicant tracking system and proactively source qualified candidates to create a pipeline of top talent in addition to collaborating with hiring managers across both practices to fill open positions as quickly as possible.
The position requires strategic thinking, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, proven success with managing full cycle recruitment, and an understanding of accountability and reporting on metrics. The position reports to the Regional Vice President, Human Resources.
A Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, and a minimum of three (3) years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create and maintain strong partnerships. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
