The Recruiter will provide Talent Acquisition support to various departments and locations, which could include Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance and Accounting. The Recruiter will drive the full cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing through the offer process,  in a hands on capacity while partnering with business leaders and serving as their talent advisor.


  • Source and recruit candidates for direct hire opportunities within various Renters Warehouse functional areas while maintaining an average workload of job requisition.

  • Partner closely with HR and business leaders to stay close on shifting business needs to proactively source and place talent.

  • Hold Job Kick-Off meetings to ensure the recruiting goals are aligned from the business leaders and we have appropriate job descriptions.

  • Lead weekly/monthly update and gap solve calls with key HR and business leaders and nsure regular, timely and accurate data reporting on the Open Positions report.

  • Utilize innovative and creative recruitment solutions as needed.

  • Employ various recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed.com, industry-specific professional networks, etc.

  • Partner with universities and managers on career fair efforts in various markets.

  • Facilitate background check process for positions across the company.

  • Responsible for internal communications of new hires and promotions, as well as new employee First Day Experience and tours.

Qualifications & Culture

Must Have

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a full cycle recruitment capacity.

  • Passion for recruiting, self directed, and able to find and make efficiencies.

  • Proven track record of problem solving and ability to influence decision making using data.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of a business through all methods of communication.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR
