How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Oversee lateral hiring needs for multiple U.S. offices, including working with attorneys and practice group leaders to address needs, source for candidates, and manage the interview and offer process
  • Be the initial point of contact for assigned offices, legal staff candidates and search firms, and communicate with them throughout the recruiting process
  • Liase with department and practice group leadership to determine needs for the summer program and entry level recruiting in assigned offices
  • Manage the summer program including planning office events, the firmwide summer retreat, overseeing budgets, and coordinating work assignments and evaluations
  • Represent the firm at career fairs, on-campus interview programs and law school events
  • Oversee judicial clerkship hiring
  • Support advancing diversity and inclusion through the firm’s recruiting programs
  • Contribute to firmwide recruiting initiatives by working on special projects

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, and value attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships
