In this role - you will be doing technical sourcing for a high visibility team supporting the hiring efforts for SmartThings. You will partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies and must have an ability to manage customer/partner expectations as well as strong sourcing abilities.

Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate avenues
    • Conduct in-depth screening of candidates
    • Execute a recruiting strategy including employer branding, diversity sourcing, and negotiating complex compensation packages
    • Develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
    • Act as a Trusted Advisor to your hiring teams on interviewing process, candidate experience and influencing hiring decisions. 
    • Build a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
    • Recommend thoughtful strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company

Requirements

    • 5+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience.
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.
    • Strong working knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software.
    • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
    • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
    • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets.
    • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels.
    • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
