To identify the industry's top technology and management consulting professionals to join our growing team, we are currently hiring a Recruiting Manager.

You will be a key member of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team and Regional Human Resource professionals located throughout our offices nationwide.  Within a matrixed organizational structure, you will assist with national talent acquisition efforts, and manage all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle for our Consulting practice to include:

  • Collaborating with Partners and other hiring managers to effectively define staffing & hiring needs
  • Developing and implementing a position-specific targeted search strategy to identify active and source passive candidates
  • Managing candidate relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships
  • Interviewing applicants and selecting top talent with a focus on the quality of hires

Responsibilities

  • Manage Full Life-Cycle Recruiting Process
    • Prepare recruitment advertising & postings that utilizes the latest recruitment marketing concepts including search engine optimization
    • Oversee pre-employment process including screening of candidates and checking references
    • Interview candidates
    • Recommend and prepare employment offers
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
    • Assist with compiling and analyzing metrics associated with the recruiting process
    • Collaborate with Managing Partners and HR Managers to define staffing needs
  • Create and execute candidate souring strategy
    • Identify and manage sourcing tools
    • Build pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain relationships
  • Participate in Developing Recruiting Strategy
    • Recommend internal policies, processes and procedures and assist with the development of the our strategy
    • Develop and assist with employer brand initiatives
  • Monitor Labor Market Trends
    • Monitor external labor market conditions
    • Monitor employee turnover trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 - 10  years’ experience managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle with a passion for recruiting; agency and professional services background preferred
  • Proven success in direct candidate sourcing and using internet tools to find passive candidates
  • A focus on establishing long term relationships and a passion for identifying top talent to fill current and strategic needs
  • ICIMS or other Applicant tracking system is required
  • Business acumen with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality
  • Experience in International recruiting desired
  • Must be willing and able to work non-core business hours and travel as needed for recruiting process – talking to and meeting candidates and internal stakeholders
