  • Manage recruitment activity for the Green Card PERM process, including coordination with multiple outside counsels, posting jobs, reviewing all applicants, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting phone interviews, setting up technical phone interviews and providing detailed recruitment results to outside counsel including signing affidavits
  • Assess applicants for the necessary skills and capabilities of the role
  • Provide guidance to technical interviewers/hiring managers to educate and manage expectations for the PERM recruiting process
  • Utilize and maintain a tracking spreadsheet and Avature data to document details of employee immigration cases
  • Maintain and retain green card PERM documentation including all emails, phone interviews and emails with outside counsel and candidates adhering to various immigration requirements
  • Create, maintain and update immigration process documentation as needed
  • Participate in cross-group collaboration communication and meetings with Global Mobility, ERLR, TA and HR regarding immigration processes and updates
  • Serve as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and Global Mobility and provide training, updates and support on best practices for Immigration
  • Maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with Federal and State employment and immigration laws
  • Actively participate in creating and updating internal policies in line with Immigration updates/amendments
  • Produce monthly reports to include metrics for our foreign national hires, green card initiations, etc.
  • Provide data and updates to build and inform the budget for the business stakeholders
  • Provide input on the setup of Avature, conversion of manual data to Avature and input on the communication to the end users
  • Various projects that include: create forecast for Green Card workload, creating turnkey green card process, creating documentation for managers
  • Source, recruit and manage entry level technical positions including facilitation of talent days, volume profile hiring and strategic engagement with hiring managers


  • 2-4 years full cycle recruitment
