Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator
This position will be an integral partner responsible for coordinating and monitoring the talent acquisition lifecycle at Bremer Bank. The Talent Acquisition coordinator works closely with hiring managers and HR to facilitate talent acquisition strategy and support Bremer’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. This position will be located at the service center in Lake Elmo, MN
Acts as a relationship manager for candidates in talent pipeline ensuring a consistent experience throughout
Coordinate and manage job postings across multiple platforms
Support the candidate experience and manage candidate pools: initial screening, schedule interviews, travel, et...
Assist in the sourcing and recruiting of passive candidates to ensure a large pipeline of candidates for each opening
Apply and analyze data to inform D & I strategies and initiatives.
Monitor candidate pools ensuring that hiring managers have timely assessment of candidate pipelines.
Monitor applicant tracking system and coordinate hiring files
Coordinates logistics for Bremer’s participation in T.A and D& I activities across the footprint.
Develop community workforce partnerships to attract diverse candidates. Leveraging relationships to increase referrals, pipelines and talent communities for diverse populations in the communities we serve.
Other Administrative Duties as assigned
A combination of education and experience generally attained through an Associate degree or two or more years of recruiting, administrative or talent acquisition experience.
Knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent time management skills, self-starter and highly motivated
Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Excellent internet and social media search skills to assist in talent sourcing efforts
Possess the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet strict deadlines
Experience with LinkedIn
Experience using HRIS systems
Experience coordinating efforts in recruitment, retention, training and awareness initiatives that create and foster an open and inclusive environment.
Experience in writing job postings
