Provides high-level administrative support to Talent Acquisition team in the execution of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding. Position is critical to the effective and efficient completion of the recruitment process in order to meet business objectives.
Assist the talent acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment process by assisting with posting requisition requests, resume and application review, phone screening of qualified applicants, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, and managing the offer process.
Administers the hiring and on-boarding process to include generating and disseminating offer letter, initiating and completing background checks, reference checks, and coordinating the pre-employment health assessment, drug screen and PRIM test, as needed. Communicates new hire information with other new-hire process stakeholders to ensure smooth assimilation of new hire.
Coordinates the completion of special projects and reports as assigned.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required,
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred Experience
• 1 -3 years previous administrative assistant experience supporting a fast-paced, complex process or work unit.
• Previous human resources or talent acquisition administrative experience preferred
