As a Recruiter, you will:

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new & existing employees of PrairieCare

• Assist with research and development of new recruitment processes while enhancing existing ones

• Work with HR team to build relationships with supervisors and gain an understanding of staffing needs

• Take on special projects as requested by the HR Director


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

• PHR certification preferred

• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations

• Knowledge of employment law and its relation to the recruiting process

• Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively with a team

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects or activities

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel

• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
