Braun Intertec is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Bloomington, Minnesota office.

Responsibilities:

•    Recruit targeted professionals at all levels, based upon business needs and hiring goals

•    Deliver on the full-life-cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment, negotiating and extending candidate offers

•    Prepare job descriptions and appropriate interview questions to be used in the recruitment process

•    Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to:

  •     Internet postings and search
  •     social media
  •     direct sourcing
  •     employee referrals
  •     job fairs
  •     research
  •     networking
  •     staffing agencies

•    Conduct telephone, virtual, and/or in-office interviews with selected candidates
•    Work to ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies and OFCCP guidelines and practices
•    Build relationships with internal stakeholders in order to assess their needs and provide solutions
•    Keep hiring managers informed of recruitment efforts and progress
•    Leverage best practices in developing, improving, and communicating recruitment processes
•    Educate internal clients on Braun recruitment protocols
•    Devise and implement strategies to recruit a diverse population of employees
•    Participate in campus recruitment activities



Required Skills:
•     Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managers, as well as with regional stakeholders, contractors, agencies, and other HR colleagues
•    Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
•    Demonstrated ability to effectively use behavioral-based interviewing techniques
•    Demonstrated ability to utilize social media in recruitment strategies
•    Ability to work well independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision
•    Aptitude for building successful relationships with hiring managers, senior managers, HR colleagues, and individuals involved with the hiring process
•    Strong written communication skills including ability to write effective job descriptions and emails
•    Effective verbal communication skills
•    Strong organizational and documentation acumen
•    Must be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work within a continuously changing/improving environment

Required Experience:
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or combination thereof
•    7+ years experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter
•    Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices
•    Proven track record of successfully meeting key performance metrics
•    Demonstrated success in managing and sourcing multiple requisitions in multiple business areas
•    Ability to travel occasionally
•    Experience in using recruiting systems/applicant tracking systems (ATS) in managing the recruitment life cycle a plus
•    Experience sourcing and/or recruiting civil engineers, environmental engineers and/or scientists, architects and/or building engineers a plus
•    Experience sourcing and/or recruiting billable professionals in a professional services and/or consulting environment a plus
