WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Talent Acquisition

  • Execute full recruitment cycle including development of job description, job advertisements, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer presentation and negotiation. 
  • Identify effective sourcing strategies through job posting sites, social media, networking, job fairs, referrals and more to attract the best candidates for available opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive pipeline so we are ready and able to fill key positions in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Manager, People & Culture and Marketing Team to support talent attraction solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, and other company-specific events.
  • Organizes and promotes opportunities for Intereum employees to participate in recruiting efforts, including content generation and event participation.
  • Manage the lifecycle of back-end onboarding; offer letters, file creation, ensure reference and background checks and drug tests are conducted on all new employees.
  • Oversee and coordinate onboarding process for all new employees carefully attending to every step and detail along the way to ensure everything is in place for a seamless first day.
  • Monitor, track, and measure the onboarding process to ensure timely and effective implementation. 
  • Stay informed of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices

People and Culture Partner

  • Manage the access badge program for all employees, clients, vendors and visitors. 
  • Own separation process ensuring risks are surfaced and addressed, documentation is legally compliant, and the delivery follows best practices 
  • Train new HR system users and train employees on new processes/functionality. 
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, readings, or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meeting/conferences.
  • Assist employees in various employee relations issues by doing intake of the issue, researching any necessary information, soliciting any necessary resources or experts and then resolving the issue at hand.
  • Backup to the Wellness and Payroll Partner, if the need arises. 
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Data and Analytics

  • Responsible for reporting on identified key metrics. Generates and collects data from team members and various sources. Develops quarterly metrics reports and the year-end metrics report. Presents metrics reports and key findings. 
  • Track and report analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process – i.e. sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and acceptance rate.
  • Maintains human resource information system records as needed and compiles reports from the database.

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years Human Resources related experience including recruiting and employee relations
  • 3 years HRIS experience, preference working with Paylocity 
  • 1 to 2 years Human Resource Data Analytics experience 
  • 1 to 2 years experience with Talent Marketing 
  • Prefer previous experience processing Payroll 
  • Experienced user working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experienced user working with HRIS systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and discretion 
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction.
  • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic collaborator who enjoys working with all levels in the organization 
  • Thrive in a team environment  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where on daily basis you must multi-task and effectively manage your time
  • Must have working knowledge of HR policies and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices relating to key areas of responsibility
