This role is open to both Direct hire or Contract to hire.

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 3 yrs in IT recruiting (Staffing industry), basic knowledge of IT terminology and concepts, and the willingness learn new technologies as they evolve
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with strong sourcing methodologies
  • Proven track record within a recruiting environment
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, driven by success
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Sourcing candidates through search engines, online sources, networking, and cold calls
  • Interviewing best-fit prospective candidates for Client requisitions and Internal job openings. Candidate qualifications pertaining to the position(s) for which the candidate is being considered, Assessing the candidate’s cultural fit, Assessing the candidate’s work ethic
  • Rate and salary negotiations
  • Meet/greet candidate in person when feasible
  • Re-formatting candidate resume into the designated CSI format
  • Prepping the candidate on what to expect in the client interview
  • Following up immediately post the interview to obtain candidate feedback
  • Keeping the candidate apprised of the client decision process
  • Support on-boarding of the candidate if selected including preparation of contractual documents with the candidate Preparing contracts and other paperwork for onboarding.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, handle volume, problem solve, and organizational skills to be diligent in follow up with candidates.
