MatrixCare is looking for a Recruiter to join our human Resources team.  You will support MatrixCare success with recruiting and hiring activity in a fast-paced, software environment. The Recruiter will work closely with Hiring Managers, candidates and the rest of the Human Resources team to source, vet and hire top talent for MatrixCare.

As our Recruiter, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers at all levels, identifying primary requirements of vacancies, providing expert recruiting guidance and resources in order to recruit top talent
  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, salary negotiations and seamless on-boarding hand-off
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to recruiting, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensure due diligence activity for final candidates is completed prior to offer
  • Provide ad hoc reports to management on current recruiting

Skills and Experience needed for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field (required)
  • 3+ years successful track as a Recruiter preferably in the software/technology industry
  • Fully knowledgeable of recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods/networking and compensation strategies to attract diverse technical talent
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro is desired
  • Experience supporting all levels of management --from executive to frontline managers
  • Evidence of being proactive, anticipating needs, initiating solutions
  • Strong network to recruit top talent
  • Ability to communicate and promote the MatrixCare culture and brand
  • Ability to understand, establish and meet deadlines
  • Able to execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven self-initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and continuously prioritize focus
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail oriented
