Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking a full time High Volume Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will support multiple PHS communities with their efforts to recruit candidates into the following roles: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Trained Medication Assistant (TMA), Server/Dietary Aide, and Cook.
This is very fast paced position with a lot of visibility within our organization. The perfect candidate for this role will be more of an entry level- early career recruiter. This position involves very high volume recruiting (managing between 40-70 openings at any given time) and very heavy phone activity as the majority of your work is done over the phone conducting phone interviews and setting up in person interviews for the communities you support. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a full desk recruiting position.

This position offices out of our Home Office in Roseville, MN but does have flexibility to allow telecommuting as needed. This position will work in partnership with the his/her assigned sites by utilizing our current applicant tracking technology (iCIMS) and other resources to review, screen and pass on for interviews candidates on a "just-in-time" basis to meet site hiring needs.
This role also extends the PHS Christian culture through the applicant experience and communication with his/her site partners.
The applicant experience, partnership with our sites, and hiring for culture is our highest priority.
- 4-year degree in business, HR, or other related field or equivalent experience
- Strong computer and database skills, including searching on the Internet
- Strong multi-tasking skills and demonstrated experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft office/ Outlook calendar software.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to influence key decision makers
- Demonstrated communication skills and well-developed Organizational/administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
