The Search & Staffing team in Minneapolis is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis. This position will support the recruiting efforts through sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various contract accounting and finance opportunities in the Twin Cities area. This position can be hired for part-time or full-time work. The team offers flexibility in work arrangements and a great team atmosphere. The expected duration for this role is 4 – 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and identify accounting and finance consultants through targeted search strategies
  • Prepare recruitment advertising and postings and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Source, screen, and interview applicants for temporary and contract assignments
  • Build a virtual bench of talent with the skill sets and experience necessary to assist clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships with consultants as they are working on other engagements to ensure ongoing awareness of consultant availability in the marketplace
  • Assist in reference checks, background checks, and drug screens for new hires
  • Partner with client for onboarding paperwork including timesheets and other new hire forms
  • Coordinate targeted marketing and sales email communication to highlight top talent and job opportunities in the Minneapolis marketplace

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or communications field
  • Prior recruitment or agency staffing experience preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking or sales management database preferred
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service and sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
