Approach and Deployment

Coordinate all details of the interview

  • Schedule interviews on the phone and in person for Recruiters
  • Schedule with all interviewers
  • Book conference rooms
  • Coordinate all travel and hotel arrangements for out of state interviews
  • Send and manage Assessments
  • Send confirmation e-mail with direction details
  • Create agendas
  • Send and create interview guides, assessments, and agenda to all interviewers
  • Scan interview notes
  • Update job descriptions in applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Coordinate with department admins to help schedule interviews

Oversee Candidate Journey

  • Interact with candidates
  • Look for opportunities to make a positive impact on candidates; figuratively rolling out the red carpet
  • Verify and help ensure that all candidates have heard from Starkey with an offer or a no thank you call/letter
  • Generate offer letters based on predetermined components defined by Starkey

Support examples include but are not limited to:

  • Manage weekly reports from ATS. For example: Hires to date by recruiter
  • Manage Orange Tree and Checkster
  • Create Recruiting Agenda for bi-weekly meetings
  • Calendar Assistance
  • Schedule/ Modify/ Teleconference coordination
  • Maintain files and keep organized
  • Maintain a positive and professional appearance and attitude
  • Post internal communications on bulletin boards as needed

Results – Performance Measures

  • Data accuracy
  • Feedback from Recruiters
  • Feedback from Customers
  • Adherence to scorecard measurements and expectations

Other Duties

  • Support Starkey Employee Corporate and/or Department Guidelines.
  • Check and verify quality.
  • Support corporate health and safety objectives.
  • React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum education, certification and experience requirements:

Education:

Human Resources/Business bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

2+ years recruitment coordinator or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of recruiting process and a strong human resources base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in calendaring

Skills & Abilities

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to read and follow instructions
