Position Summary

This position is responsible for nationwide full life-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for Sales and corporate positions within the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers on candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation, and selection

• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings in coordination with the hiring manager

• Proactive targeting and sourcing of candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other sources

• Process job requisitions in applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals

• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)

• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and record retention according to company policy

• Solicits feedback from candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process

• Maintain compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 3 years experience in full life cycle recruitment in leiu of degree

• Experience completing all recruiting stages including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing candidates as well as partnering with Human Resources and Hiring Managers is required

• Demonstrated success recruiting nationwide for outside sales roles, including sourcing and pipelining talent through LinkedIn, athelete networks, and diversity channels

• A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information

Knowledge & Skills:

• ATS experience (ADP Talent)

• Sourcing, including database mining and targeting

• Experience in providing data and analytics
