Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. Our Sourcing Team is responsible for executing tactical and strategic hiring across stores, headquarters and global pyramids. In partnership with recruiters, talent acquisition leaders and hiring managers, works closely to meet hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a bench of talent for future openings that creates a diverse and inclusive culture at Target.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing to candidates what it’s really like to work somewhere they already love. •5+ Sourcing or full lifecycle experience
•4 year degree or equivalent experience
•Innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive talent by leveraging market intelligence and building robust sourcing strategies including; talent mapping, geographic targeting, cold calling and referrals
•Builds a strong internal and external network to drive talent to our ATS (Workday) or pipeline in our CRM(Avature)
•Strong interpersonal, communication skills, strategic thinking, creativity and problem solving abilities
•Develops industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes
•Proactively conducts research and investigates new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
•Conducts candidate screens to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant experience and skills
•Presents passive candidates to recruiters/hiring managers
•Measures performance through data and metrics to track candidates through the sourcing process
