Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Develop and implement targeted search strategies to identify consultants and temporary employees in the accounting and finance space with the backgrounds necessary to assist our clients
  • Source, interview, and maintain communication with candidates throughout hiring process
  • Manage candidate relationships with strong emphasis on building long-term relationships
  • Build a virtual bench of talent with skill sets and experience necessary to assist clients in times of work overload
  • Prepare recruitment advertising and job postings that utilize creative marketing techniques to attract top talent
  • Perform reference checks and background checks for clients

Client Services

  • Collaborate with clients to effectively define immediate and long term staffing and placement solutions
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of hiring trends in the marketplace and industry
  • Assist with placement and onboarding activities for clients
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients in order to provide the best customer service possible
  • Generate new client leads through prospecting, cold calling, and other creative referral strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or communications related field, experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
  • Three (3) years of experience preferably in accounting, sales, client services or recruiting
