U.S. Bank is hiring a recruiting assistant to support the managerial and professional recruitment function. We are seeking an experienced, motivated assistant to support a team of recruiters, sourcers, and managers.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Creating Excel documents including complex reporting and metrics (pulling data and formatting from internal databases)
  • Manage weekly/monthly reports for recruiting team
  • Creating robust PowerPoint presentations

  • Arranging travel logistics and interview agendas for candidates

  • Assist with travel for recruitment team

  • Manage invoices, expense reports, etc.

  • Assist in setting up new hire desk space and equipment, creating training schedules, calendaring, and ordering supplies

  • Manage team calendar and meetings, book meeting rooms, and manage team shared online drive

  • Work collaboratively with other recruiting team members on various projects and support initiatives

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens for professional candidates and senior hiring leaders

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to three years of experience in administrative support activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system or CRM

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously and support multiple team members

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Proven customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
