Lifetouch has an opportunity for an HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our successful team as key contributor. Talent Acquisition Coordinator Support

  • Provide support to fill temporary, non-exempt, and exempt level talent acquisition positions
  • Coordinate and oversee high volume job posting processes
  • Post jobs in our Applicant Tracking System - Jobvite
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Make travel arrangements as needed for candidates
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Prepare offer letters and confidentiality agreements
  • Participate in vendor relationship management and act as key liaison and contact for coordination of work through third party vendors
  • Manage payment of temp/contractor invoices from third party vendors and manage month-end billing process for Business Unit’s job postings (chargebacks for Indeed, Careerbuilder,Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintain and update Staffing Organizational Charts


Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process for temporary employees, interns, and non-exempt staff (create job requisitions, screen/interview applicants, coordinate the interview process, check references, extend verbal offers, and prepare offer letters and confidentiality agreements)

New Employee Onboarding

  • Initiate pre-employment background check
  • Launch Silkroad Onboarding for new employees
  • Maintain employee files and personnel records in accordance with state and federal laws
  • I-9 Verification for new hires

HR Program Coordination

Assist with the review, development, and execution of LNSS employee programs including Tuition Reimbursement and the Summer Internship Program 


Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred


1-2 years Human Resources support

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google docs and familiarity with ATS and HRIS preferred
