PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for the administration and coordination of talent selection programs, and will interact with multiple levels within Inspire Brands Support Center and Restaurant Operations teams, including Senior and Executive leadership. This position plays a significant role in creating a superior candidate and hiring manager experience, while identifying opportunities for process improvements which directly impact Talent Acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage administrative details to create and maintain an outstanding candidate, hiring manager and interviewer experience.
  2. Manage as necessary candidate travel needs, interviewing space, interview documentation and testing processes.
  3. Maintain weekly and period ending talent acquisition hiring metrics
  4. Assist with compliance matters including accurate record keeping of applicant documents.
  5. Manage and monitor operations quarterly survey’s
  6. Manage and monitor all company background checks including Support Center and Field Operations
  7. Manage careers calendar and mailbox
  8. Support Talent Acquisition expense management and invoices
  9. Provide additional administration/coordination support as necessary for the Talent Acquisition team.
  10. Occasional Field Operations and support sourcing and recruiting support

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

  • Entry level position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-tsk and prioritize
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Skilled in written and verbal communications

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:

  • Experience working within a corporate recruiting department or supporting a recruiting function
  • Experience supporting a field-based hospitality or retail organization
  • experience supporting high volume coordination in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related functions
