Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager
In this role you will lead a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators who are responsible for Talent Acquisition for all of our non-production roles in the businesses as well as the corporate functions for Land O'Lakes. This position will also have oversight to the operations of the Talent Acquisition team, managing continuous improvement on processes, technology interface and enhancements, and vendor management for media spend and ROI. This role develops creative and diverse sourcing strategies for talent through effective team leadership, marketplace insights, and understanding of employment branding. Strong project management to lead key talent acquisition initiatives through cross-functional partnerships is critical to success in this position.
-Management of team members assigned to Business Unit, non-production roles, with regular leadership support, hiring and performance management, ongoing development managing resources and managing metrics
-Manage a full-cycle Recruiter workload for high level, difficult to fill positions
-Participate with team members and lead various recruiting events, including diversity and social media
-Lead recruitment technology subject matter content, processes, and enhancements
-Managing key stakeholder change management and communications.
-This role ensures analyzing data for trends, volume, usage and business development from various vendors and sources.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
-12+ years HR experience as a Recruiter leading full cycle and range of positions, levels and business/functional areas, especially difficult to fill positions
-5+ years managing exempt level people
-Successful diversity hiring
-Superior relationship building skills with people at all levels and with internal and external organizations
- A passion for superior candidate experience and diversity hiring
-Experience with ATS implementation, preferably with Workday
-Candidate Relationship Management system experience preferred
