The Senior Recruiter is responsible for taking a lead role in creating, implementing, and amplifying an effective recruitment process, attracting candidates to Jamf for consideration by hiring managers. This role will guide hiring managers through the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned functions within Jamf, with sensitivity towards diversity and broader company goals, and build strong internal and external relationships to effectively communicate Jamf’s  employer brand and value proposition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mentor and support the recruiting team members and hiring managers becoming a trusted advisor on hiring and staffing processes
  • Attend staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
  • Maintain current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs).
  • Work as an extension of the Jamf management and collaborates with hiring managers to assist in workforce planning and talent mapping
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for designated positions within Jamf with special attention focused on increasing diversity and achieving broader company goals
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates from which potential leads will be generated for high  volume roles
  • Maintain strong pipeline and candidate sources for key positions to hire quickly to meet the needs of the business
  • Contribute ideas toward the continued improvement of recruiting process including creative and cost effective sourcing strategies, interview procedures, candidate assessment tools, and employee referral processes
  • Contribute to the process of position description development ensuring accurate reflection of the threshold hiring responsibilities, key skills and responsibilities, threshold hiring responsibilities, and critical outcomes of the roles
  • Facilitate the scheduling and arrangements of interviews ensuring a delightful candidate experience
  • Establish relationships with key resources to promote Talent Brand through such means as attending community events, job fairs, career fairs, giving presentations to student groups, and organizing events
  • Manage internal applicant tracking system to track applicant pool, candidate status and tracks metrics to ensure an effective and efficient hiring practices
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization
  • Adheres to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity

Skills & Requirements

  • 5 – 7 Years experience in full cycle recruiting, including sales and business development professionals (Required)
  • < 2 Years previous experience within HR disciplines: recruiting and employee relations (Preferred)
  • 5 – 7 Years Proven track record of successful recruiting experience preferably within technical industry (Preferred)
  • 2 – 4 Years experience using applicant tracking and recruiting marketing systems to manage smooth and efficient talent acquisition processes. (Required)
  • 1-2 Years international talent acquisition experience (Preferred)
